HOW TO BOOK
Please fill out the booking form below, once your form has been successfully submitted, please allow up to 10 days for a response.
If you have not had a response within 10 days please resubmit your form.
THINGS TO NOTE
Make sure you are familiar with my tattoo style before submitting a booking form.
Make sure you read the FAQs section before submitting your form.
I do not give out my address until your appointment has been booked and confirmed. Once the address has been provided please plan your route to the studio in advance to avoid being late to your appointment.
Make sure you fill out each part of the form correctly!
Please keep your answers as short as possible to make the booking process easier. However, please provide enough detail so I can get a good idea of what you would like to get tattooed.
If you are making a booking for you and a friend/s to get matching tattoos, please submit one form with both of your names on.
If you are making a booking for you and a friend/s for the same day but want to get different tattoos then please submit your forms separately but include each others names on your form and I will book you in together.
DEPOSIT INFO
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Once I have accepted your booking you will be provided with the details to pay your deposit fee.
Your deposit goes towards the final price of your tattoo. It is not an extra cost!
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice and you reschedule immediately to another date, you do not need to pay another deposit.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is lost and you will have to pay another one to make a new appointment.
If you have been rescheduled and you cancel a second time, your deposit is lost and will have to pay a new one if you need to reschedule.
Please be aware that if you cancel on the day of your appointment then I am unable to fill the slot and I lose work.
